Boy I've been on a rollercoaster lately. The weight is not going great at all.....I got on those dreaded scales this morning and they seem to think I've put on 1.5kg! I nearly had a heart attack. We are buying bikes in the next couple of weeks so exercise is my plan. I really don't think I need a fill as I'm not eating great amounts and am still getting the odd thing stuck. Maybe it's what's going in that is the problem! Plus the fact we've been on 3 weeks holidays which is always a bad sign for eating on the run.
I am about to make some big changes in my life - have applied for leave and am waiting for an answer on that one. Hopefully I will be working only 3 days per week. This will enable me to take a breath and look after the things that have been neglected including myself and my family!
