Struggling

I've got very little restriction at the moment. Weighed in this morning and boy it shows. I've put on 2kg! I'll have to be really, really good this week but it's hard going from eating very little to having an appetite and trying not eat!

I'm having a fill on 10th Nov and can't have it before then so will have to put in some real hard yards until then.

Oh well - Life goes on and hey I was 18kg heavier than this at the same time last year! I'll have another 5kg before Xmas you watch.....

I think we all need to focus on the big picture don't we? You've done so well. As my doc says if you're not losing weight it's not your problem it's his problem - all I need to do is turn up for the fill adjustment and not get down about it. Cheers, Mel

See last post comment for my comment this time about weightloss. Life is full of ups and downs, and can't always go according to our expectations. Like the others - I agree - you have come so far and look fabulous!!. (Now I'm going to do a Karen...) ..... Hey girl, pick yourself up, dust off and start again. (or, give yourself a kick in the but for those negative thoughts - kick them right out of your head, leaving room only for the positive ones.
Keep strong. We still love you and am so proud of what you have accomplished to date.

That is so right you are 18kgs lighter than you were last year. You are doing really well 18kgs is a huge amount of weight to loose. Go and try to pick up 18kgs of potatoes or something similar. That will give a great idea of how well you have done. Take care and stay positive. Here is a big Woo Hoo just to kick you off. Lol i know how much you love them. Hee hee:O)
Cheers Tina

Bugger, Tina said what I was going to say. Now I have to think of something new. I know, go and pick up 36 tubs of margarine - you aren't carrying that anymore. That is a huge difference in your life. Be proud of that.

Oh, and completely unrelated - what happened to Karen - there is no love anymore?
